At Tryko, we stand by the quality of our products. However, we understand that there can be rare instances where issues arise. That’s why we offer a return and replacement policy to ensure customer satisfaction.
We accept returns only in the case of damaged products or if the customer receives the wrong item from our end. If this happens, customers must initiate a return request within 10 days of delivery. We encourage you to inspect your products as soon as they arrive.
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused and unopened.
It must be in its original packaging, with all labels and accessories intact.
Please note that used or tampered products will not be accepted under any circumstances. If a return is approved after internal verification, we will proceed with a replacement or refund as per Tryko’s standard approval process.
To initiate a return, customers can contact our support team with order details and images of the product (if applicable). Our team will guide you through the process and ensure that valid return requests are resolved promptly.
